Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at customer.care@silidoft.com within 15 days of delivery.
- Returns must be shipped to our official return address (provided upon request).
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are accepted only for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective products
- Manufacturing issues verified by our team
As per Indian hygiene and safety standards, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Personalized or custom-packaged items
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customer.care@silidoft.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note: banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at customer.care@silidoft.com.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
